     How do I know which Program to choose?

    • ​HOME INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM - This program is for you if you have experience exercising however you don't want to use a gym to be able to follow the program. You will have the freedom to do the workouts in your home with a limited amount of equipment (equipment listed on program info page) and still achieve maximum results.
    • ​HOME FOUNDATION PROGRAM - This program is for you if you are not very experienced in exercising or you don't consider yourself as fit. It is perfect for golfers looking to get started at a Foundation Level, Junior Golfers or Golfers Over 55. This is the at home option allowing you the freedom to follow the programs from home with limited equipment.
    • ​GYM INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM -  This program is for you if you have experience exercising. It is designed with the use of general gym equipment to offer more versatility to the programming. Perfect for avid gym goers looking to up level their golf game!
    • ​GYM FOUNDATION PROGRAM - This program is for you if you have experience exercising. It is designed with the use of general gym equipment to offer more versatility to the programming. Perfect for avid gym goers looking to up level their golf game!


     Can i cancel anytime?

    • ​YES! This program can be cancelled anytime by you. If you cancel prior to the monthly debit and new programming you r will be removed from the program no questions asked and nothing else charged. If you cancel after the monthly debit and programming you will have access to the programming for the remainder of the month.


     Can I get a refund if I don't wish to continue?

    • ​Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds will be provided. As the program can be immediately accessed.


     Can I gift this to someone?

    • ​Yes! You will need to use the email of the person you are gifting this to on purchasing at the checkout.


     If I have an injury or specification can I still do this membership?

    • Yes, however changes cannot be made. ​This program is the same for all golfers who are part of the membership besides choices of foundation, intermediate, gym and home.
